Fit-N2-Recovery Hike & Yoga
Join us for a beautiful hike up to the top of Kenneth Hahn park. Once we get to the top (20 minute easy hike up to the Martin Luther King Jr. memorial) we will do some guided meditation/yoga led by a incredible instructor. For those interested, we will have a AA meeting right after.

About the event
Meet us at the entrance at La Brea & Don Lorenzo. Plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood or at the small park half a block up on La Brea.
Please do no use the La Cienega entrance unless you just want to meet us up at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial for the Yoga/meditation. La Cienega entrance has a $7 entrance fee.
Our guided yoga/meditation will go till about 10:15am and will be followed by a AA meeting for those that are interested. Guest speaker and guest participation.
